Empower™ is a high performance athletic training center designed for corporate leadership, professional athletes, law enforcement and military combatives. The program goes far beyond just teaching offensive and defensive techniques. In addition to teaching the necessary skills to fight, the Empower program focuses on developing the mind with the body to instill confidence, strength, intellect, and a positive state of mind within each of our clients.
